My dad John sadly passed away on Tuesday 17th June. My heart broke at that moment and it still does not feel real, but all the kind people at the hospice seem to make it special. I thank you all so very, very much, you really are such special people and I just wanted you to know that there is a place for you all in my heart. xxxx

I love coming to visit the website, especially when I haven't been able to visit the hospice recently. Not a day goes by that I don't miss Keith, but I still thank you all for the care and love you showed him and indeed me and the children. You are all angels x

I would just like to say a big thank you to all of you and especially the nurses caring for my Mother, Mrs. Ursula House in room 18. I was so impressed with the care that the nurses gave my mother whilst I was there visiting. Thank you.

My Mom Rhona Sinfield sadly passed away at the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice on the 27th March 2007. I made a promise to her that I would one day return and help the Hospice. Nearly a year has gone by and yet it feels like yesterday. The staff at the Phyllis Tuckwell make even the darkest day seem brighter.

My mum, Brenda Lane, died on the 16th July 2004 aged 53. She left me and my sisters without a Mum and our children without their Nanny B. She spent her final week at the hospice and it made a totally unbearable situation as peaceful as it possibly could have been. I still miss her so much, but I somehow find comfort in visiting the website and supporting the hospice whenever I can.

My Father Leonard Barker, was in your care from 20th December 2004 until 31st January 2005. Sadly he passed away. It was 3 years ago tomorrow to the day. He had a hard time and was in a lot of pain suffering from a terrible illness. However the doctors, nurses and staff at the Phyllis Tuckwell, were a God-send. They helped my dad through the final stage of his life, made him comfortable, and helped him pass away in peace and with dignity. The work the staff at the Phyllis Tuckwell do is amazing.
