Bereavement support

A team of trained volunteer counsellors are available to help with the feelings and emotions that can arise after bereavement. It is available to the families and friends of anyone who had links with the Hospice before the death.

We offer a range of services to help people following bereavement as everyone's needs and feelings vary. The bereavement team offers individual counselling, small counselling groups, a children's support group (between five and sixteen years old) and remembrance services.

We produce information leaflets on a range of topics to inform and support. This is our Bereavement Service leaflet, which you may like to print out. Our full range of leaflets can be found on the information leaflets page.
